This survey by the House of Brazilian Culture in Canada gathers insightful data on Brazilian-origin immigration in Québec. Our analyses aim to support governmental organizations, private companies, and individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of the Brazilian diaspora and encouraging meaningful collaboration among organizations with shared interests. More specifically, this survey will help you to:

• Understand the profile of immigrants of Brazilian origin in Québec;
• Understand how this group has been impacted by decisions made by the Government of Québec.

Data for this survey were collected through an online form in Portuguese using Google Forms. The survey was mainly shared on WhatsApp and Facebook, targeting groups of Brazilian-origin residents in Québec. Occasional posts were also made on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.

The survey was open from December 8, 2025, to February 8, 2026. All stages — including survey design, outreach, data analysis, and publication of results — were carried out by volunteers from our Research and Development team.
